Something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is the timing of Job Drop. A bunch of you have mentioned that it’s become a nice little Sunday ritual. A “light at the end of the tunnel” moment where you grab a cup of coffee, open your inbox, and see what’s out there.
But on the other hand…this job market does not wait. Openings come and go fast, and waiting a full week to surface something new isn’t necessarily ideal.
