Before we get into the jobs, I want to say something plainly.
Job Drop isn’t meant to be a political thing. I’m just trying to help people get jobs. But it’s really tough to get a job if ICE shoots you in the face.
A lot of you reading this are already carrying more than your fair share. You’re navigating a job market that feels hostile on a good day, all while watching the country slide into something unrecognizable.
I don’t have answers. I don’t have a slogan. And I’m not going to pretend that simply staying positive fixes any of this.
What I can say is this: you’re not crazy for feeling angry, scared, exhausted, or all three at once. And needing stability right now in the form of a paycheck and benefits isn’t weakness. It’s survival.
So yeah. This is still a jobs email because people still need work. I’m going to keep doing what I can to find open roles that provide that stability. And while I try to do it in a way that puts a smile on your face, know that I’m not doing this with blinders on and I care deeply about you all on the other side of this email.
